DESCRIPTION

A  three-day course that will  introduce you to the world of brewing and familiarizes you with the essential requirements for establishing a commercial brewery. This theoretical course covers both the production process and the legal and operational aspects of running a brewery.

The course is designed for anyone considering starting their own brewery or those interested in this field. After completing the course, you will have a clear understanding of the challenges and benefits of operating a brewery, and you will be able to make important decisions about your next steps.

During the course, you will also learn about the individual stages of the production process, the necessary technological equipment, and have the opportunity to discuss initial challenges, such as finances and regulations, with experienced industry professionals.
